WPMT-TV reports hundreds of kids attended the Second Annual Micah Parsons Lions Den Football Camp and Carnival at Severance Field. The free event gave attendees the chance to learn valuable football knowledge and hands-on instruction from Parsons and other coaches. Today will offer a similar chance for rain – in other words, a bleak one. A few storms could pop up this afternoon, but the majority of the area will stay rain-free. Expect warm and muggy conditions tonight with lows in the mid-70s.

The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning due to the very high heat index that's expected. Have a means to keep cool and make sure you're hydrated with water if you're going to be outside for an extended period of time. Both today and tomorrow will also offer up the chance for some isolated thunderstorms.
