Moped driver dies after crash with tractor-trailer on I-81 in Cumberland County
A moped driver merged in front of a tractor-trailer right before a fatal Sunday night crash on Interstate 81 in Hampden Township, police said. Richard T. Fletcher, 70, of Manchester, was in the right lane of I-81 south near mile marker 59.4 around 11:48 p.m., when he merged into the left lane in front of the truck, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Haylie Jaffe, a Kennett High School graduate and McKendree University commit, outscored her opponents 62-0 en route to the top prize at 140 pounds in the Junior Women’s freestyle bracket.
