Found an old photo & searching for its rightful owner

I was cleaning my apartment when I noticed the corner of a paper poking out of the fireplace mantle. I pulled the corner and this photo fell out. It looks like such an incredible photo & moment in time and I’d love to get this back into the hands of the family who this belongs to. Perhaps this is Tower Grove Park around the mid-80’s to early 90’s? Simply a guess based on the cars I’m seeing in the background. For context, my apartment is in Tower Grove South on the 40XX block of Hartford street just steps away from Hartford Coffee. Here’s to hoping this finds its way back home! Thanks everyone 🙏🏽
