A Washington woman who was struck by a vehicle near Pleasant View apartments in Washington died two days later in the hospital. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at approximately 12:15 a.m. July 5, Carrie Riebold, 44, was laying in the roadway on Pleasant Drive in the Pleasant View Apartment Complex near apartment building 600.
