Once again, we have a top-heavy situation with the Missouri Valley Football Conference and the Big Sky Conference dominating the FCS picture. Let’s face it, recent history has proven that these two leagues will occupy a majority of the first-round bye seeds come Thanksgiving time, and there’s no reason to believe that trend will end now.
