An industrial property in West Babylon has sold for $3.4 million.

Arsenal Scaffold purchased the 11,565-square-foot building on .72 acres at 10 Kean St.

The property was formerly occupied by Blueprint Insulation.

Founded in 1998, Arsenal Scaffold provides scaffolding, shoring, hoisting, sidewalk bridges, shed enclosures and construction fences throughout the New York metropolitan area and western Pennsylvania. The company has been headquartered at 95 Jersey St. in West Babylon and also has a location in Verona, Pa., according to its website.

Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the buyer, while Mario Asaro of Industry One Realty represented the seller, 10 Kean Street Property LLC, in the sales transaction.

“This is a very good functional warehouse with adequate ceiling heights and a fenced yard, which works well for the new owner,” Asaro said.
