A state court judge on Thursday ordered the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to stop the reduction of bus service in Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan. At a hearing on Thursday afternoon on a lawsuit filed on behalf of bus riders by Public Advocate Jumaane D.
