The Telegram and Gazette was proud to honor many high school athletes for their accomplishments this season in spring sports. Here is a complete list of all the Hometeam All-Star teams that were announced this season.

The Telegram & Gazette also honored Uxbridge's Kellen LaChapelle and West Boylston's Madison Pitro as the Hometeam Athletes of the Year at the Hometeam Central Mass. Sports Awards in June. West Boylston football coach Mike Ross and Sutton girls' soccer coach Jensen Shipp were also honored as Hometeam Coaches of the Year , while the North High boys' basketball team and the Uxbridge field hockey team took home Team of the Year honors and Leominster's 's Jacob Paskell was named the Courage Award winner after fighting back cancer to return to the football and baseball fields for the Blue Devils .
