Landscape materials supplier enters SC market with West Columbia location

A fast-growing landscape materials supplier has entered the South Carolina market with the lease of space in Columbia.

Grayson Greiner of Colliers South Carolina brokered the lease of an approximately 1,711-square-foot building at 3119 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia, according to a news release. Colliers represented the property tenant, Luckie’s Pinestraw, in this transaction.

Luckie’s Pinestraw harvests, delivers and installs longleaf pine straw across the Southeastern United States, according to the release. With over 10 years in the business, Luckie’s stands as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies according to the Inc. 5000 list, the release stated.

The company has five locations in Alabama, North Carolina and Florida. The new West Columbia office will mark Luckie’s Pinestraw’s sixth location and its first in South Carolina, the release stated.

Located in close proximity to Lexington Medical Center, the property consists of approximately 0.95 acres, according to the release. This section of Sunset Boulevard sees about 33,500 vehicles passing per day with easy access to both Interstate 20 and I-26 as well as downtown Lexington.

Greiner is a brokerage associate at Colliers specializing in site selection, land brokerage and the sale of retail and owner-occupied properties.
