New Hartford superintendent discusses his retirement, time in district, challenges
After working in eight school districts, six of them as superintendent, Cosimo Tangorra Jr. has had enough. He announced last month that he’ll retire March 4 after a little more than three years at the helm of the New Hartford Central School District.
