Corey Kinsella, 31, was charged with making a terroristic threat after making 22 calls to the Onondaga County 911 Center, according to a news release Friday from the Onondaga County District Attorney’s office. Making a terroristic threat is a felony, which carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
