    2.8-magnitude earthquake strikes central Maine

    A 2.8-magnitude that hit West Gardiner on Sunday afternoon was felt across central Maine and into the midcoast.

    The earthquake was reported at 2:50 p.m., according to the United States Geological Survey .

    By 3:45 p.m. more than 450 people reported to USGS that they felt the quake, some more than 20 miles away, as far south as Woolwich and as far north as Waterville.

    Nothing but a large majority of sheep baaa,baaa,baaa, Hunter's laptop, in the comments. It was a small Earthquake has nothing to do with politics.

    We were at the East Benton Fiddler's and a loud noise came..no one on the field knew what it was..almost like a tire letting air out with a boom after..It was really loud!
