A public hearing in Luzerne County was suddenly postponed Monday because more than 50 people waiting outside could not fit into the meeting room. Now the discussion about a proposed solar farm in Lehman Township has been delayed. A South Carolina developer proposes to build a massive solar energy farm on dozens of acres in a rural area of the township zoned for agriculture. Supervisors said the forum would be rescheduled.

Bloomsburg PD: Attempt to identify
Bloomsburg, Pa. — The Bloomsburg Police Department is asking for help to identify an individual suspected to be connected to a break-in. The man is suspected of a break-in at the Strong Spas warehouse in the 500 block of W. 11th St. that took place on Sunday, July 14. Police are asking for the public's help to identify the man and vehicle in the photos.
