A fire broke out in a commercial building complex in Norwalk, Los Angeles County, on Monday afternoon where firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department battled against the blaze. According to KTLA, the fire department was called to the scene just after 5 p.m. in the 14600 block of Carmenita Road. The conflagration caused heavy smoke and flames to erupt from the rear section of the warehouse complex, prompting firefighters to strategically take a defensive stance to prevent further spread to the business offices located at the front of the building.

6 men charged with stealing more than 300 firearms in burglaries across SoCal
Six men are facing federal charges in connection with a string of burglaries across Southern California in which they allegedly rammed stolen vehicles into gun stores before breaking into them and stealing more than 300 firearms. The burglaries were committed over nine-months, targeting nine different businesses in cities located in five different counties across the region from Ventura County down to San Diego County, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California.
