SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Thursday will continue the trend of temperatures slightly dropping, bringing Northern California another day of average heat for this time of year. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Thursday morning will start off comfortable with a Delta breeze and clear skies. As the day progresses, the forecast high temperature for downtown Sacramento is expected to be 92 degrees, which is also the average at this point in June.
