The developer of a 13-story high-rise project is requesting some of the land on 210-222 W. Wood Street, West Lafayette, which might impact current residents’ leases.

Landmark Properties, Inc. is requesting 0.87 acres of land there, managed by Evergreen Campus Rentals, for a project called “The Standard at West Lafayette,” a notice by the Area Plan Commission of Tippecanoe County reads.

The notice says that if the commission approves the request, current residents will have their leases terminated on or after Dec. 31.

The commission is accepting letters in email, mail or hand-delivery format until Monday at 10 a.m., the notice says. Interested parties with questions or concerns can also contact the petitioner or Area Plan Commission staff before the hearing, which will take place at 6:00 p.m. on June 18 at the Tippecanoe Room of the County Office Building.
