Back-to-back accidents on I-470 raise safety concerns after St. Clairsville
BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Two separate accidents occur within a couple hours Monday afternoon on I-470 eastbound after the St. Clairsville split. According to Lt. Brian McFarland with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the first accident was a passenger car that spun out and hit the guard rail. There were no injuries reported.
