Summer is almost here, and with it the West Linn Summer Street Market.

The Wednesdays in Willamette Summer Street Market is put on by Historic Willamette Main Street and takes place each Wednesday afternoon on Willamette Falls Drive between 12th Street and 15th Street. The market lasts from 4-8 p.m.

The market boasts goods like handmade crafts, jewelry, distilled spirits, wine, fresh flowers and baked goods. Later in the summer, local farmers will also be on hand to sell their produce.

    Lake Oswego market

The Lake Oswego Farmers Market will continue from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18 at Millennium Plaza Park. The event will include vendors selling fresh produce, hot food, artisanal goods and more. There also will be music.

    Scout plant sale

Wilsonville Scouts BSA Troop 194/5194 is hosting its Annual Plant Sale in June. The plant sale has been happening annually for 36 years and is one of the troop’s biggest fundraisers. Funds are used to support scouting in Wilsonville and ensure every scout has an opportunity to attend summer camp. Attending summer camp is an important part of reaching the Eagle Scout Rank.

Offerings include trees and scrubs of all sizes and varieties, flats of flowers, hanging baskets, succulents and more.

The sale is set for 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, June 22 in the grassy area by the Wilsonville Community Center, 7965 Wilsonville Road.

For more information, please contact organizer Lisa Krecklow at lkrecklow@gmail.com. Visit the troop’s Facebook page by searching Troop 194 Wilsonville Scouts.
