Team leaders: Returning first-team all-leaguers include Isaac Babalai (18 goals in 2023), Mason Bradley (a University of Portland commit) and Quinn Gates, along with fellow returning starters Zander Morris, Tristan Peia, Haaken Retzlaff and Miles Miller.
“Bradley … is our backline leader at center back,” West Linn coach Ryan Gates said, adding that “Quinn Gates … shuts down one side of the field and provides speed and width in the attack.”
2024 outlook: The Lions believe they’ll be able to compete with the best teams in the Three Rivers League in 2024.
“We will be vying for a league championship after having key contributors return and our young players gaining a lot of experience,” Ryan Gates said.
2024 TRL contenders: “Lakeridge (is) the two-time reigning league champions, and until someone else beats them, they are the top team,” Ryan Gates said.
