West Linn’s Pawsitivity hosting Dogtoberfest Oct. 20

How many events can you think of that combine the most beloved elements of Oktoberfest — beer, food and music — with adoptable pups and a pet costume contest? West Linn’s Pawsitivity is hosting a one-of-a-kind ‘Dogtoberfest’ at its store Oct. 20.

Pawsitivity is a local pet store that offers grooming, training, walking and boarding services. From noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20 the local business will combine its love for dogs with one of the world’s most popular fall celebrations.

Dogtoberfest will include live music, food trucks, Shaker & Salt mobile bar, a pet costume contest and adoptable pets from Hazel House and Animal Aid. The event will take place at Pawsitivity, 19137 Willamette Drive, West Linn, next to the Neighborhood Walmart.
