A 40-year-old York County man was arrested and charged with attempted criminal homicide of a law enforcement officer and related offenses after police said he shot a corporal with the Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) in the arm while investigators served a warrant in Lancaster Wednesday morning.
