Early Video Resurfaces Showing 17-Year-Old Amy Lee in Tiny Arkansas Club
A grainy video has resurfaced showing a pre-fame Evanescence playing a small bar in Arkansas in 1999. Most of the videos on John Furman's Youtube channel are show off-roading, guns or dash cam footage. Among his most popular videos, however, are rare live performances from the early days of Evanescence.
City of Warren’s Sanitation Department Showcases New Signage on Boom Loader Truck
WARREN, Ark. – As Saline River Chronicle reported not long ago, the City of Warren’s Sanitation Department recently upgraded its fleet with the addition of a boom loader truck, now proudly displaying new signage to inform residents of its services. The back trailer of the truck is emblazoned with the message: “JUNK PICK-UP, HELP KEEP WARREN CLEAN, 870-226-5860.”

MEMPHIS, Tenn — Memphis Athletics said Monday that Phase 2 of the $220 million renovations for Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium are now underway. Phase 2 includes demolishing the West Side tower and a bulk of the West Side seating bowl, creating an interior "party plaza" area for fans, and beginning initial perimeter and halo upgrades to create a hospitality space around the stadium.
Man charged with kidnapping, robbing another man before leading police on a chase
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have arrested an 18-year-old man who they said kidnapped a man as he robbed him, then was caught after a police chase and crash. Adrian Starks is charged with robbery, kidnapping, evading arrest in a vehicle and evading arrest on foot, and no driver’s license. MPD said he also has previous arrests for domestic assault, aggravated stalking, violation of protection order, and violation of bail conditions. He is in the Shelby County Jail on a total bond of $37,500.
