WEST MONROE, La. (KARD/KTVE)— Rhonda Talbot is desperate to find her son. Not knowing where he is, is a pain she’s never felt before, and says this is the hardest thing she’s ever had to go through. “This is the hardest thing, just the hardest thing. It just rips your heart out. It makes you feel like you want to throw up all the time”, she explained.

Pictured below is Judson Talbot, 38. On June 2, 2024, he was last seen on Pleasant Valley Drive in West Monroe. “He had a friend over who lived in Bawcomville who is trouble. Every time he comes around, Judson gets in trouble and they decided to leave in the middle of the night while I was sleeping.

A mother’s precious gem. She recalls his childhood, “Photographic memory, could play any instrument he picked up. He was certified in over 15 ITs’, but then he got on the wrong track, and I think he was so brilliant that he got bored with life and people, and started to get into drugs”.

Judson’s drug use took a toll on him mentally. “He was having these voices in his head. He would see people that weren’t there, he would hear things that weren’t there because he had drug-induced paranoid schizophrenia. And he texted me a few times and I texted him, Don’t come back here and I just meant while he was high. I didn’t want to deal with that”, said Rhonda.

Rhonda also says her son has never done this before and she is holding on to her faith. “Well, I’m a Christian and I try to keep the faith and I try to hang on to God’s promises and I have a lot of friends praying for me, but this is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through… I just want my son back”, she continued.

Judson is six feet tall, about 160 lbs., and known to frequent the Bawcomville area. Have you seen him? Call Crime Stoppers of North Delta at 318-388-CASH.
