Suspect arrested for shooting 7-month-old boy in Philadelphia's Holmesburg neighborhood
The suspect wanted for shooting a 7-month-old baby boy on Thursday night is now behind bars.On Friday night, police confirmed a woman was arrested in connection with the case. She'll be identified once she's formally charged.The gunfire rang out around 5:51 p.m. Thursday on the 4000 block of Meridian Street in the city's Holmesburg section.Video obtained by Action News shows the gunman walking up and opening fire on a baby and his parents outside of a home.The infant was shot in the leg by one of the bullets.When police arrived, they said the baby's parents weren't there. Kennett Square Man Sought on Assault and Robbery Allegations
KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Cesar Sanchez, 33, is currently being sought by police after being charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, robbery, and other related offenses stemming from an incident on June 9, 2024. According to the Kennett Square Police Department, officers were dispatched around 12:30 PM that day to respond to an EMS call and found Sanchez bleeding from a cut on his arm. Pottstown Pharmacy Agrees to Resolve Civil Allegations of Improper Dispensing of Controlled Substances

Romero announced that Professional Pharmacy & Convalescent Products, Ltd., a pharmacy that was based in Pottstown, PA, agreed to resolve allegations that it had improperly dispensed opioids and other controlled substances to individuals and submitted claims to Medicare and Medicaid for those illegally dispensed controlled substances. The settlement resolves the case for a payment of $150,000 and comes after the pharmacy surrendered its DEA registration.
