Inaugural cornhole tournament to honor late Luzerne County student-athlete
LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A cornhole tournament in Luzerne County honored a late student-athlete on Saturday. The inaugural cornhole tournament held at the Checkboard Inn in Trucksville honored Josh Balara, a recognized student-athlete from Dallas High School and Dartmouth College who passed away after a battle with adrenal cancer in 2023.
