RUSHVILLE, Neb. - Firefighters in the Gordon-Rushville area are battling two fires amidst very high fire danger conditions. Nebraska to host 2026 quarterback on Friday
The Nebraska Cornhuskers will welcome a class of 2026 quarterback to Lincoln this weekend. Four-star prospect Jackson Taylor will be on the Lincoln campus on Friday, July 26. Taylor is a 6-foot-0, 170-pound quarterback for Thousand Oaks in Los Angeles, CA. In 13 games last season, he threw for 2,598 yards with a 56% completion percentage. He threw for 29 touchdowns and seven interceptions and finished the year with a quarterback rating of 111.3. Taylor holds multiple offers, but early indications are that the Auburn Tigers are the early frontrunners for his commitment. Nebraska’s class of 2026 has no commitments. The class of 2025 has 17 commitments and is ranked outside the top 25. CHEYENNE COUNTY (July 25, 2024) -- Firefighters from several agencies battled a fire west of Sidney near Cheyenne County Roads 105 and 24 Wednesday.
