Officials investigating triple fatal crash on turnpike in Lancaster Co.
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two men and a young girl died Saturday morning following a turnpike crash in Penn Township. According to a press release from the Lancaster County Coroner's Office, they were called to a collision around 5:35am between a tractor trailer and a car. Three people, a 43-year-old man, an 18-year-old man, and a child were pronounced dead on scene at the crash around 6:35am.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a quadruple shooting that left two men dead in Southeast. On Thursday, July 18, 2024, at approximately 11:20 a.m., officers responded to the 2200 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast, after hearing the sounds of gunshots.
