WATONGA, Okla. — A Watonga man said his rights were violated and his child was traumatized after he was detained earlier this month. At around 6 a.m. on July 4, John Sexton said he was on a regular morning walk with his 6-year-old son, who has autism. They were then stopped by two officers with the Watonga Police Department, whose body cameras captured the tense moments after they walked out of an alleyway.
