An investigation is underway after a Chester County home went up in flames for the second time in recent months.Chopper 6 was overhead Tuesday as crews worked to contain the flames along Leopard and Sugartown roads in Easttown Township.The call came in at 10:45 a.m. as flames could be seen shooting from the roof.Fire crews recognized the residence due to a blaze earlier this year."Everybody immediately recognized the address.
