Jackson man fatally stabbed, roommate charged with murder
JACKSON — A 38-year-old township man was charged Friday with stabbing his 74-year-old roommate to death, said Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. Louis Gargiso was charged with murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon in the death of Robert Sunris, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.

NJ man dies a hero after rescuing children from dangerous river
HAMILTON (Atlantic) — A man who rescued two boys from a river Wednesday afternoon died several hours later. Township police said the boys, ages 8 and 12, went swimming in the Great Egg Harbor River at Weymouth Furnace County Park around 1 p.m. on July 17. Swimming is prohibited.

Another baby has died in NJ this week after being left in hot car
EAST HANOVER — Another infant has died after being left in a car in New Jersey. Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said East Hanover Police were called after a 6- month-old girl was noticed inside a vehicle parked in a parking lot on South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
N.J. motorcyclist killed in Garden State Parkway crash
A 46-year-old motorcyclist was killed in crash on the southbound Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County on Sunday night, officials said. Jason Ball was riding south in Tinton Falls at about 9:35 p.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle while attempting to leave the Parkway at Exit 102, State Police said.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, Pa — The new owners of the Neshaminy Mall have big plans to shrink it down in order to help it survive. The one million square foot mall which open in 1968 has seen its vacancy rate decrease dramatically as many stores including anchors Macy's and Sears along with Modell's Sporting Goods, Footlocker restaurants in the food court closed their doors.
