A Pennsylvania Republican leader thinks the shooting at a Trump rally should be looked into. Pennsylvania House Republican Leader Bryan Cutler is introducing legislation to look into the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, in Butler. House Resolution 501 would form a House Select Committee to investigate the actions and response of state and local law enforcement following the assassination attempt. The bipartisan committee would then produce a report on the incident no later than November 30th. Cutler says the committee will not be looking to assign blame, but rather it seeks to discover how law enforcement can better improve practices going forward.

Motorcyclist dead after crashing into pickup truck in Cumberland County
A 67-year-old man died Friday after his motorcycle crashed into a pickup truck at a Cumberland County intersection, police said. William E. Mack, of Carlisle, was trying to make a left turn from York Road onto Boiling Springs Road in Monroe Township when the crash happened around 1:24 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police.
