Mother and son from N.J. admit lying about cheap equipment they sold to U.S. military
A mother and son from New Jersey have both pleaded guilty to federal charges stemming from the sale of cheap parts for military equipment to the U.S. Department of Defense. Linda Mika, 73, of Jackson, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said in a news release. Kenneth Mika, 53, of Ewing, pleaded guilty to same charge last month.
