Westbury office building trades for $7.5M

An office property in Westbury has sold for $7.5 million.

Wisdom Building Corp., an affiliate of a protection services company, purchased the three-story, 53,000-square-foot building on 1.14 acres at 265 Post Ave.

The property is about 70 percent occupied by a mix of medical and general office tenants. The buyer plans to occupy the remaining portion of the building.

The buyer was self-represented, while Michael Rosenfeld and Maxx Rochlin of The Rochlin Organization represented the seller, PR Associates LP, in the sales transaction.

“Understanding the seller’s objectives, we were tasked with identifying a unique user/investor capable of purchasing this exceptional building located directly on Post Avenue in the village shopping district,” Rosenfeld said. “Once terms had been agreed upon, the seller and purchaser worked diligently to close on the transaction.”
