    Over 1,300 Hudson Valley homes without power after storms

    More than 1,300 customers in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley are waking up without power Thursday morning following Wednesday's storms. Con Edison reports nearly 1,000 customers are still in the dark, primarily in northern Westchester. The outages are concentrated in the areas of Ossining, Chappaqua, and Briarcliff Manor.
