Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Luke Daniel Hommes, of Fontanelle, on July 12th on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Kyle Lynn Wilson, of Griswold, on July 8th for Theft 2nd Degree (Wilson was in possession of a trailer that was reported stolen), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (a marijuana grinder). Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested 64-year-old Joseph Anthony Frontado, of Atlantic, on July 7th following a traffic stop on Highway 92 near 270th Street. Frontado was charged with OWI 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.

The Stuart Police Department arrested 53-year-old Skeet Weston Miller, of Menlo, on July 13th for Public Intoxication and Harassment 2nd Degree. Miller was released on his own recognizance.
