Adair County Board of Supervisors Meeting Recap

(Adair Co) The Adair County Board of Supervisors approved a bid and awarded a contract for the G-61 pipe repair.

County Engineer Nick Kauffman said originally they were going to do some of the work and have a contractor do the rest, but with the tornado they decided to go ahead and bid the whole project out.

The Supervisors also approved the final pay voucher to Schildberg’s for the FM rock contract in the amount of $251,436.95.

Kauffman then provided the board with an update on current projects…

Kauffman said they will also be working on fixing a couple temperature-related bumps in the roads.

In other news, the Supervisors approved the reappointment of Ryan Frederick and Todd Olson to the Compensation Board, if they will accept. And, the board approved a part-time custodian hire.
