Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) A Stuart man was arrested on drug and weapon charges.

The charges stem from a traffic stop in Stuart on August 5th. Eric Wayne Whiting, 50, was charged with Driving While Barred, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Felon in Control of a Firearm. Whiting was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

In other activity, Joshua James Jost, 28, of Creston, was arrested August 7th on a warrant for failing to appear in court on the charge of Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Raymundo Herrera, 30, of Houston, Texas ,was arrested following a traffic stop on August 10th for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
