New Atlantic Teachers are Honored

(Atlantic, IA) — The Atlantic Rotary had a luncheon for new teachers coming to Atlantic on Tuesday. There are a total of 14 teachers and administrators that are new to the Atlantic school system this year.

Julie Coffey is from Minden, Iowa who was a long term substitute teacher in Council Bluffs and now goes to full time in Atlantic

Stacey Schmidt comes to Atlantic from Hull, in Northwest Iowa to become an administrator

Lindsey Roberts is from Woodbine but was teaching in Marshalltown and is moving back closer to family

Each of the teachers have been at various luncheons this week and the Atlantic Rotary gave each new teacher a gift bag.
