(Knoxville) Two different styles of offense clash tonight in this Class 3A District 6 Football game between Knoxville and Atlantic. The Panthers are (3-1), coming into this opening district contest at (4-1), Atlantic.

Knoxville Head Coach Matt Dunkin says wins and losses up to this point are over, and this week, the focus is on Atlantic.

Dunkin is also impressed with the Trojan’s quickness and size.

The Panthers have passed for an impressive 853 yards and rushed for 232 through their first four games. Brenden Woolsey is 60/101 for 773 yards and ten touchdowns.

The Panthers have a stable full of receivers with one receiver, Koby Higgenbotham, snagging 18 passes for 273 yards, Eli Fuller ten catches for 162 yards, TaShawn Conner, 12 catches for 142, and Max Magana 11 catches for 132 yards.

The Panthers’ defense has improved over the last three weeks, allowing an average of six points per game. Coach Dunkin says they will have to play four quarters of football tonight against Atlantic to earn a “W.”

It is Atlantic’s homecoming. The kick-off is set for 7:00 p.m. The game will be broadcast at 95.7 F.M. and live video-streamed in western Iowa today.com-ks957.
