Three Killed, Three Injured in Clinton County Accident

(Clinton) Three juveniles died in a two-vehicle accident in Clinton County Monday morning. Three other individuals were injured.

The Iowa State Patrol says for unknown reasons, a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stationary in the outside lane of the 3700 block of eastbound Highway 30. A 2023 Dodge 4500 was eastbound in the same location and rear ended the Jeep, causing the Jeep to come to rest in the south ditch. The Dodge came to rest on the south shoulder.

No names have been released at this time, pending notification of family.

The accident remains under investigation.
