    funding they just spent a million and a half dollars on 4th Street they just take the money and spend it go ahead do whatever you want

    Even if there is a plan it's going to be taken back over by the unhoused. It won't be safe to take your kids there because of the majority of the unhoused that were there were messed up on drugs and booze. Our town has been taken over and it's sad.
