According to AD (Architectural Digest), Jeter has contracted with Mansion Global to sell the four-acre Greenwood Lake estate in Orange County, which was last listed at $6.5 million. Clarence Thomas: The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Dick Durban says new information reveals that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas took more trips on the private plane of Republican donor Harlan Crow than previously revealed. Durban said there’s evidence of trips as far back as 2017 that Thomas failed to disclose and that when Thomas recently updated his financial disclosures he failed to include the trips on Crow’s private jet. A spokesperson for Crow revealed yesterday that Crow reached an agreement with the Senate Judiciary Committee to disclose trips by Thomas going back seven years.
Chipotle seeking second location in Yonkers
Chipotle Mexican Grill, which has a restaurant at the Cross County Shopping Center, is seeking city approval of plans for a second location in Yonkers. This one would be at 1201 Nepperhan Ave. on a parcel of about 0.56 acre. The site, which previously was used by a bank, is bounded by Nepperhan Avenue to the east, commercial development to the north and residences to the south and west.

Professional soccer team to base at Mount Vernon stadium
Memorial Field in Mount Vernon, which in Sept. 2022 was reopened after a $40 million rehabilitation, will be home to a professional soccer team, Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard and the Westchester Soccer Club announced. The Soccer Club plans for its professional men’s team to begin playing there with the 2025 season. It says it would like to develop a women’s professional team in the future.
