Trump’s parole interview: Donald Trump was scheduled to meet with a New York City parole officer via the internet today for an interview to be used by the officer in drafting a pre-sentencing report for Judge Juan Merchan in Trump’s conviction on 34 felony counts. The report will provide guidance Merchan can use when deciding on a sentence for Trump. The court approved Trump being at Mar-a-Lago for a remote interview rather than coming to the probation department in Manhattan because of logistical and security concerns. Judge Merchan approved Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche being with Trump during the interview.

Delta Dental’s nationwide 2024 State of America’s Oral Health and Wellness Report. reveals a strong consumer understanding of oral health’s vital role in overall wellness, with an overwhelming majority of adults (91%) believing that their dental visit is as important as an annual physical. Further, the report finds a greater awareness among adults of oral health’s connection to specific health conditions and diseases, such as respiratory illness and diabetes. Younger generations, specifically Gen Z and millennials, are most likely to appreciate this connection.

In 2016, Hobbs – the British shoe company that expanded into a women’s clothing brand – opened its first stand-alone store at The Westchester in White Plains. “We think that the Hobbs brand embodies the successful, confident women who live in the Westchester area, and we hope that the new store will give them the contemporary clothing and accessories they need to manage their busy schedules in style – with a playful British twist, of course,” Hobbs USA President James Walters said at the time.
MEDICAL COLLEGE GRADUATE IS NATIONAL AWARD RECIPIENT
Medha Reddy, M.D., a member of the New York Medical College (NYMC) School of Medicine (SOM) Class of 2024, and a resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, has been chosen as the national recipient of the prestigious 2024 Excellence in Public Health Award from the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS). The award was presented to Dr. Reddy by Lieutenant Commander Dara Lee, M.D., M.P.H., a medical officer in the Commission Corps of the USPHS, during the 2024 SOM Awards Ceremony May 20 on the NYMC campus in Valhalla, New York.

“Creativity and spirituality are different,” said Eric Ripert, chef and co-owner of Le Bernardin restaurant in Manhattan. “I’m not sure I can see a connection.”. SUNY silent on reports of RCC president no longer there
Officials at the Albany headquarters of the State University of New York and at SUNY Rockland Community College (RCC) itself have been unresponsive to inquiries from the Business Journal regarding the employment status of RCC President Lester Sandres Rapolo. Reports have been circulating that Rapolo and the college have parted ways amid concerns that a multi-million deficit and budget gap have been run up at RCC during Rapolo’s time as president. The Faculty Senate at the school was reported several weeks ago to have asked the Board of Trustees to remove Rapolo.
