Woman charged in hit-and-run death of Wichita man
WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A 19-year-old woman has been charged in connection to the alleged hit-and-run death of a Wichita man last month. Online court records show Peyton Allart is charged with failure to stop at an accident resulting in death, transporting an open container and purchase/possess/consume liquor by a minor.
