NOCKAMIXON TOWNSHIP, PA—PennDOT has reopened a stretch of River Road that it had closed for an emergency sinkhole repair, but delays will continue as the road is repaved.

Route 32/River Road was closed on June 26 between Route 611/Easton Road and Bridgeton Hill Road while PennDOT fixed a sinkhole that had opened up. The agency on July 2 announced that the road had been repaired and reopened.
