Select Board continues discussion on proposed firearms business bylaw
WESTFORD — The Select Board recently discussed updates on a proposed bylaw to regulate firearms businesses, which is slated to be presented to voters later this year. This proposal would define and regulate firearm businesses separately from other businesses. It would limit new firearm businesses to the commercial highway and industrial highway zoning districts, as well as require a special permit from the Planning Board.
