Kansas man arrested in connection to murder of 63-year-old man
COFFEYVILLE, Kan. — Ryan McCullough, 41, of Neodesha, Kansas, was arrested for second-degree murder following an altercation on May 5 with 63-year-old David Wintjen from Coffeyville who died a few days later.
