The first half of the season wrapped up a while ago, but because baseball is weird, many still consider the All-Star Game the halfway point in the season. While some outages have been resolved, as of this morning, there are still outages that are pending assessment with no projected restoration timing offered by PECO. As of 7:51 a.m. on July 17th there are over 700 outages across the region impacting over 60,000 accounts.

Joe “Jellybean” Bryant, father of the late Basketball Hall of Famer Kobe Bryant, has passed away at 69, his alma mater La Salle University announced on Tuesday. Norwegian Cruise Line will sail from Philadelphia in 2026
Norwegian Cruise Line will base a ship in Philadelphia in 2026. The Norwegian Jewel will operate Philly cruises from April 16 through Oct. 17. It will sail seven- to nine-day cruises to Bermuda in the spring and summer, switching to 10- and 11-day open-jaw voyages to Canada and New England in the fall.
