    CU-Mansfield to hold 24-hour online giving event on April 18

    MANSFIELD, Pa. ( WETM ) – Commonwealth University-Mansfield will be holding a 24-hour online giving event that will raise money to support students in multiple facets of their college experience.

    The “Mounties All In” fundraiser will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, and will end at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 19, but there are options to donate leading up to the event right now.

    Free scholarship workshops to take place in Mansfield

    This event is CU-Mansfield’s largest fundraising event of the year, as it helps generate support for academic programs, athletic teams and student scholarships at the campus.

    Those who are interested in giving to the fundraiser have a variety of giving options to choose from. The giving menu is divided into the following areas:

    • Academics
    • Athletics
    • Belize trip
    • Mansfield Alumni Choral Group
    • Mansfield Public Safety Training Institute

    For donations to the academic or athletic programs, there is a breakdown on each page for donors to designate which academic department or athletic program they would like to donate to. Donors can also designate a specific academic or athletic scholarship to contribute to when they choose to donate.

    While the event is going on, there will be multiple challenges promoted on social media to help boost alumni and donor engagement.
