Arnot Health to offer exercise and rehab seminar for women

ELMIRA, N.Y. ( WETM ) – The Arnot Health Pelvic Health Rehabilitation team is offering a pregnancy exercise and rehab seminar next weekend for women who are pregnant or have recently given birth.

The seminar will take place on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in the Petrie East conference room located at 600 Roe Avenue in Elmira.

Those who attend are instructed to come in the main entrance and take the stairs to the conference room to get to the program.

During the seminar, those who attend will have the chance to learn about exercise and self-care during and after pregnancy, as well as how to maximize recovery.

The team at Arnot will provide attendees with education and resources to support those who are getting ready to or have just delivered their baby.
